The error codes are e6 and e10. We bought this fridge last month and when it arrived, did not cool. The model is SMEG FAB38URCR. Some of the plastic is still on fridge and freezer shelves.

It has never been used. The manufacturing date is 11/24 as per Smeg. For someone who is good with appliance repair, this could be a steal as the fridge cost $4500. I don't know if its an easy fix or not.
