Details:

After four ice makers the techs determined it was a worn out control board, but Samsung discontinued that part. Everything else works, it has been thoroughly cleaned and even buffed. It has a second ice maker in the freezer that does work and works great. This is a 29-cu ft fridge and it quite large.

I bought it new from Lowe's. The only thing wrong is the upper ice maker does not work. The water filter was just changed around 5/15 or so. The water line is included, as the manual.
